The Kuwait Shipping Companies & Agents Association was formed on Tuesday corresponding to 20th of October 1970 and the Labor Law No. 38/1964.

By providing a strong and collective voice, the Association is able to speak on behalf of the industry and thereby open doors and ensure that serious consideration is given at all levels to the vies it advances.

KSCAA maintains a close rapport with the Ministry of Communication, the Kuwait Ports Authority, and the Kuwait Customs Authority, KSCAA is respected as an authoritative voice within the Kuwait Shipping Industry for promoting the viable and effective growth of the Maritime Sector on behalf of Ship Owners, Managers and Agents and their customers.
